My Reward...Quezo real ice cream...

The blog was established in September, and it is now November 1...guess what happened in between?

Ice cream is one ultimate reward for a punishing day, and in our case, for a punishing one month-plus of med-related work (Gid and I are medical students who just had a grueling Internal Medicine rotation). You look for ice cream, you crave for its taste...you look for an ice cream store and pick the flavor of your choice

A tough task ahead...

A few days ago...I had a quezo "real" ice cream care of Pinoy Sorbeteros. I remember nibbling on my cheddar cheese (Kraft usually) slices as a child, only much cooler (pun intended) and a whole lot better....

Cheese in ice cream or cheese and ice cream?? It is both. You get a taste of the cheese in ice cream and you get a ice cream with the cheese..confusing? It doesn't matter. Preamble: Welcome to Sorbeteros!

WE, ice cream aficionados, imploring the aid of the online Pinoy community, in order to articulate and express our desire for great and delicious ice cream, and to secure for ourselves and our friends a body of knowledge that will enable us to find the best ice cream flavors in town, do create and establish this blog!

The blog's name shall be "Sorbeteros", a word derived from "sorbetes" - a Spanish word for ice that has been adopted by the Filipino language to mean "ice cream". In its conjugated form it can nmea persons who sell or promote ice cream.

The scope of the blog shall be, but not limited to, the Metro Manila and Philippine at large.

The blog authors shall be known as Gids and Migs. They shall be counted upon to give their honest opinion on what ice cream flavors they love best.
